Renovation
Staff members have handled renovation projects such as selecting and coordinating contractors for plumbing and electrical upgrades, door and cabinets enhancements,and window and roof replacements. One of the most cost effective renovation projects involved installing self-contained HVAC units for 71 individual apartments.
